This form is sent to all schools affected by the football and lacrosse conference realignment proposals submitted by member schools. These plans would take effect in the fall of 2026. This information will inform the Conference Realignment Task Force of the thoughts/feelings/opinions of each school to any and all proposals that directly affect them. The Task Force will use this information to inform their decisions at their December 10th meeting.
Please complete this form as soon as possible but no later than Monday, December 9th at 11:59 pm. If your school is affected by more than one proposal, please complete a different form for each relevant plan. If a school does not provide feedback, the Conference Realignment Task Force will consider that school in support of the plan(s) that affect them.
